Pressing bandages are made of wear-resistant alloy steel (forgings) with subsequent mechanical processing on the equipment of our enterprise.

The principle and design of the press machine is very simple and reliable. In the body of the press, counter-rotating rolls with bandages are installed in parallel, on the outer surface of which forming cells (half-forms) are made. The shafts are driven by an electric motor through a gearbox. All this is mounted on a strong frame. The raw material for pressing is fed by gravity from the hopper directly to the rolls rotating towards each other, between which the appropriate shape is formed.
